Have just started reading the book and am so blessed by it--it is the type of book I will read over and over and study various portions, looking up the scriptures. There were stunning insights in it, am particularly enjoying the chapter on New Moon,... which is all new. It is enlarging my vision and understanding of our God, Christ, and the Kingdom! Wow! I had some quiet time last night to sit and read... Wonderful! I laughed and cried! I love how you have interjected your own experience and humour! I so much enjoy the presentation, the writing style and the organization, including the divisions, fonts etc. Makes it so easy to follow and to learn from. After the intro chapters I decided to go right to the 'season' we are in and read all about the King fulfillment... Shabbat Shalom sister! NS (Canada)

Dear fellow Believers
I write this letter with the strong desire that you et to meet our good friend and sister in the Lord, Joan Lipis. I first met Joan at Western Baptist Seminary in Portland, Oregon. She was just finishing her theological training some twenty years ago. I was immediately impressed with her love for her Savior, her Messiah, Jesus Christ, her new-found Lord. Her intent was to declare the good news of salvation to all people, both Jewish and Gentile. Growing up in a liberal Jewish home, she had never learned the marvelous purpose of the Laws of God, nor the supernatural power of God in transforming the lives of believing sinners. Now she continues here ministry under Novea ministries, proclaiming Christ with a holy boldness and conducting Seders wherever she travels. Her ministry to our congregation has been a reviving experience because she has enlarged our understanding of true worship with the right spirit. After a careful reading of her new book, “Celebrate Jesus! A Christian Perspective of the Biblical Feasts”, my own heart has been opened to embrace the Kingdom living concept. My Gentile heritage had seemed to limit the way I looked at life and ministry. But now I welcome the truths regarding God’s feasts as a means of getting to know Him better, and how His faithfulness is revealed. I want to highly recommend that you welcome her to your own ministries and give her an opportunity to share her powerful testimony of outreach to both Jewish citizens and terrorists in the marketplace. Joanie will warm your hearts as she shares how her love for the Messiah compels her to serve Him the rest of her life.
Sincerely, in Christ, Pastor Cloyse V. Drake Dilly Bible Church Forest Grove, OR

My wife and I have known Joan Lipis for fourteen years. Our initial acquaintance has grown into a warm friendship in which we have come to appreciate who Joan is as a faithful disciple and servant of the Lord and a genuine sister in Christ. On a personal level we know that Joan seeks to pursue an intimate relationship with the Lord and to submit every aspect of her life to His direction. Out of that relationship she moves with a passionate desire to help others, both fellow Jews and Gentiles, to come to know Him. Joan possesses an uncommon ability to connect with people and to use every possible opportunity to talk with them about Jesus and to urge them receive Him as their Messiah and Lord. She also has a burning desire to encourage and train others to reach out effectively in personal witness to those who do not know the Lord. As a Jew she also seeks to help fellow believers from a Gentile background to come to appreciate the biblical roots of the faith. Besides teaching in seminars, preaching in churches and conferences and conducting Passover Seders for Christians, Joan’s recently published book Celebrating Jesus! is an effective resource for helping Christians come to appreciate the remarkable way in which the Jewish biblical feasts portray the person and work of Jesus the Messiah. It is a joy to commend our sister and fellow servant in the Lord to you as one who effectively serves the Lord Jesus, both among those who do not know Him and among those who do.

During January, 2008, Joan Lipis came to Japan from Israel. She presented a series of teachings on the “Feasts of Israel” and concluded with a Passover Feast. Each of her teachings, pointed to the Messiah Jesus Christ.
We translated the Passover booklet into Japanese and about 70 people attended the Passover Feast.
Our church consists of people from many nations from all over Asia and also Africa. Everyone totally enjoyed these teachings.
We all love the Old Testament, but the “FEASTS of Israel” was a very new teaching for them. Sister Joan was dynamic and deep in her teaching but also made the messages fun. She enjoyed taking questions from people and made the sessions very interactive. Having a teacher come right from ISRAEL made everything much more “real” to us.
THE PASSOVER dinner was a challenge; buying the correct ingredients needed was difficult here in Japan. But Joan involved herself in the shopping and setting up of the tables….AND…she involved herself with the people as well. She has an evangelist’s heart. Her enthusiasm for Yeshua infected us all.
We highly recommend her to any group who would want to have greater understanding of the Feasts of Israel.
